The Challenge

The customer was expanding into a brand-new facility and needed to build an efficient, scalable warehouse operation from the ground up. With no existing layout or infrastructure, they needed a pallet racking design that would maximize space, improve workflow, and support long-term growth.

The Solution

Pantero partnered with the customer early in the relocation process to create a custom warehouse layout using advanced 3D modeling. The digital model allowed the team to test racking configurations, evaluate forklift travel paths, and optimize storage placement based on product volume, picking frequency, and inventory categories.
